The Decoy Split Ring is crafted from exceptionally resilient steel wire. This ensures that the rings remain undeformed even when used with lures that have loops made from especially thick wire. The edge of the Decoy Split Ring wire is cut at an angle, making the installation of the rings easier, especially for smaller sizes. The black, anti-glare coating not only avoids spooking wary fish but also allows for the rings to be used in saltwater environments. This piece of tackle equipment can be utilised to replace stock hardware on crankbaits and spinners, and to enhance the performance of jig lures, particularly spoons.
